Earthing Center’s mission is to educate people about the benefits of re-connecting our body to the earth’s energy, through an outreach program of fun events, talks and entertainment.
Earthing Center is a branch of KALE University ( a non-profit educational organization ). KALE U believes that optimal health is achieved through the empowering practices of eating healthy plant-based foods, mindful/peaceful centering, exercise, spiritually connecting with nature and just as importantly, connecting and sharing information with other “like minded” people in our communities.
A few of the many health benefits of connecting with the earth’s energy include:
- Inflammation and pain
- Muscle soreness
- Snoring (drastically) and assists in healing sleep apnea
- Blood pressure, viscosity and circulation
- Heart rate variability
- Energy, vitality and longevity
- Troubling skin conditions (psoriasis, seborrhea, acne, etc..)
- Body’s ability to control allergies
- Recovery from jet-lag
- Body’s ability to heal auto-immune diseases (lupus, Epstein-bar, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, type 1 diabetes)
- Restores normal sleep (normalizing of cortisol secretion)
